My friend and peer, Craig, is calling it a day. I can’t tell you how disappointing that is to me, not because I’m disappointed in him, but because it’s a shame I won’t have the opportunity to take a peek into his life on a somewhat regular basis. I know Jim feels the same.

When I say he’s one of the good ones, I truly and honestly mean it; there is no hyperbole or false praise. Craig is helpful, kind, giving, open-minded, intelligent, a good judge of beer, and an admirable family man. I’ll miss his site. He is also one of the first bloggers I met in the real world and the very first that I met from out of state.

While there has been a lot of internal debate on how much longer ResurrectionSong will stay running, I will say this: as long as there is a site here, Craig will have an open invitation to share with the class.

And I hope he takes me up on the offer.
