The Birther Moment
I keep hoping that the Birther moment will pass and that otherwise serious people could get back to fighting battles that matter. I wanted to ignore the issue until it went away.
Doesn’t seem to be happening.

Yeah, maybe what’s needed is another Abilene Memo™ to finally put the damn thing to rest. The sooner the better, I say.
Its just another version of he’s an Arab.
I think its a symptom of disbelief.
I think it’s wishful thinking. Like Steve said, it’s a desperation.
