Actually, I kind of like that interview. There’s nothing wrong with the President of the United States getting in touch with his inner sports fan.
Not everything has to be politics. Not everything has to be confrontation. Not everything has to be “gotcha.”

I knew there was a reason I stopped inviting you places…
We all know you just couldn’t take the emotional pressure of sending the invite and then agonizing for days over whether I’d grace you with my presence.
“Dear Diary - three days since the invite and no word!!! It’s enough to make a boy CRAZY!!!”
