Nuggets. Ouch.

As fun as the Nugs were to watch a few days ago, they are painful to watch tonight.

Terrible defense, overeager offense, ugly shots, bad turnovers, and just plain bad.

Ouch.

I thought there had to be something wrong with my eyes or the TV or both when I turned on the game at the end of the first half--62-30???? I didn’t even think that was possible in a pro basketball game.  This is further proof that being a Denver/Colorado pro sports fan is the toughest thing going these days. The Broncos start strong every year only to finish like the Bengals and now we have the Nuggets to tease us--an amazing game one playoff win on the road and then tonight? Let’s not even start on the Rockies.

Ah, the poor pathetic Rockies.

How can they be that bad that consistently? It take a very special, very wrong kind of talent.

On the plus side, Lost in Translation is on TV right now, and it’s at the Scarlett Johansson wandering around the hotel room in her undies part.

I like that part.

My nugz did’nt show, they did not take this game as one they could win.  I think somewhere in their collective minds they realized that if they played the game of their lives they would still come up short, and they chose to save it.  They got the split on the road that they needed. lets watch it play out.
If you are gonna lose in the playoffs, might as well get your butts kicked, overconfidence on their part, a lot of “want to” on ours.  I am about as sure of anything that the next game is a Denver win.
