I have no idea how many times I’ve seen it without paying attention, or even knowing what the ad was about.
But now, if I ever move to the Denver area, I have no reason to pick any agent over any other, except that I know this agent’s name, and it is simply because this agent decided to advertise on your site.
Why not reward her for her impudence? Or is that foresight? Or willingness to risk?
If given the opportunity, I gotta do my part for capitalism and commerce, yanno?
