You know, activists sure are whiny little bitches. I mean, if you’re going to be a real activist, if you’re going to do these little “direct action” theater bits, accept the fact that you very well might go to jail. Then, in the court room, tell everyone that you were fighting for a greater cause, that you may have done something illegal but that you were simply making a choice between two evils.

Say all that and I’ll still think that you were an idiot--but I’ll have a little bit of respect for you. Whine about getting caught, throw a tantrum, and then pretend that it’s all a big misunderstanding, and all you’re doing is proving that you weren’t that serious about anything to begin with.
