Driving to Work as a Religious Experience

Let’s just say that there was much laying on of horns.

And speaking in tongues.

McGehee, how did you guess?

You must have attended that service once or twice yourself…

Rae

I find the older I get, the less patience I have with people driving into the median while talking on cell phones, putting on mascara while swerving into my lane, others that don’t quite understand the point of an “acceleration lane,” etc.

The problem is that I have eight eyeballs watching and eight ears listening.  It really forces more self-control on me than if they weren’t there.

I wonder if a lack of sleep contributes to frustration with other drivers?

I think it is the lack of the lack of stupidity in other drivers that causes most frustration with other drivers. Not that I haven’t ever done anything worthy of arcane gestures and horn laying before. So, I only get upset with the idiots.
