Lebanese Government Resigns, Cont. (Updated)

From the Aljazeera.com report:

The demonstrators broke into singing the national anthem upon hearing the news of the resignation. 

"Through your resistance you are writing a new page in history, one of regained independence," Druze opposition leader Walid Jumblatt said.

That's the kind of thing that can't help but put a smile on your face...
