Vote for Val

I chose to stay away from even discussing the Weblog Awards this year for various reasons (none to do with Kevin, Wizbang, or the Awards themselves--it was just a personal decision). Babalu Blog has been nominated in the Best Latino, Caribbean and South American Blog category and is well worth considering. Not only is Val a good guy, he also runs a blog that is consistently worth reading.

I won't tell anyone who to vote for, but I will say that Val has my endorsement and my vote. If you feel the same, click on through and vote for Val.

Update: Of course, you know I'll be voting for Jeff, and I might vote for Andy. But only if he buys me beer and promises to stop trying to convert me.

Bein' severely rankled at not bein' nominated in any category, I am fully abstainin' from votin' in the fiasco, 'cept for one daily vote for Munuviana to show my support for the community that constantly ignores my bloggin' efforts. ;)

i nominated andy in the culture category, just because they didn't seem to have a libertarian-atheist-smartass category.

don't know why he didn't make the final list.

but i did, in the best humor blog category. go figure.

anyway, according to my mom at least, a vote for ingrown brain stem is a vote well-cast.
