Review of "Resident Evil 2: Apocalypse" (Jerry)

I saw Resident Evil 2: Apocalypse last night. Here's the skinny:

Hot chicks, scantily clad.
Zombies. Lots of zombies.
Hot chicks, scantily clad, killing lots of zombies.
Soldiers with machine guns and explosives.
Children zombies doing really unspeakable things.
Mutant uber-zombie with a bazooka killing soldiers with machine guns and explosives.
Hot chicks, scantily clad, trying to escape without having to kill children zombies or fight the mutant uber-zombie with a bazooka.
Two completely unnecessary boobie shots.
Goth/industrial/metal soundtrack.
A nuclear explosion.

Seriously, this may be the best movie ever. I'll be seeing it again, buying the soundtrack, and picking up the DVD when it comes out.

Oh, yeah. One more thing. Milla Jovovich is really hot. Especially when she is kicking zombie ass. I'm just saying...

Update: #1 at the box office this weekend at $23.7 million.

There is no such thing as an unnecessary boobie shot.

Well okay, if the boobies are really ugly, that would make it an unnecessary boobie shot.

Are you saying the movie has two shots of really ugly boobies?

Two shots with a total of three sets of boobs, all nice. "Unnecessary" in the sense that they don't advance the plot. Notice, however, that I listed the boob shots as one of the 10 reasons that I liked the movie!

Second, even the briefest perusal of the post makes it clear that I was being tongue-in-cheek.
