John Kerry's Social Security Plan

And you were wondering what Brian Boitano John Kerry would do about Social Security:

Digging deeper, I finally found some instances where Kerry made comments on Social Security during the campaign. In January, at a presidential debate in Des Moines, Iowa, Kerry said, “I will never privatize Social Security. I will never try to extend the retirement age for Social Security. And I will not cut any benefits for Social Security.”

On NBC’s Meet the Press in April, Kerry said, “I’m not going to cut Social Security benefits. I’m not going to extend the retirement age. … And we’re not going to have to raise the premiums.”

If benefit cuts, retirement-age increases, personal retirement accounts, and tax hikes (raising the “premiums”) are off the table, there are only two options left: increase the debt by $11 trillion or cut all other government programs by 20 percent. And since Sen. Kerry has routinely criticized President Bush for increasing the debt, one can deduce he’s not about to come out in favor of increasing the debt by $11 trillion.

So it’s simple really. Through a simple process of deduction, it becomes clear that Sen. Kerry has a secret plan to cut spending on everything from health care to education to defense by 20 percent. And you thought conventions had no value anymore.

Oh, this is definitely my kind of snarky.

See, this is the stuff Bush needs to bring up at the RNC and in the debates. Social Security is a huge issue.

Kerry does too have a plan for Social Security! Anyone who says that he doesn't is a liar.
He plans on doing nothing at all while it is still possible to save this giant Ponzi scheme. Then when it collapses he'll blame the Republicans. That's been the Donk plan for over a decade.

But of course. It is, after all, so very French to abandon the old...

No, you have it all wrong.

The real plan is to find a rich country like Switzerland, and marry her.

LMAO@marrying Switzerland.
Kerry's plan is to make those of us who actually work (especially those who are self employed) pay twice as much into Social Security as we were paying. Stands to reason since we already work twice as hard to make a buck using his logic (or lack there-of). Doesn't sound tough to him..but then when did he ever work for a buck?

I was thinking of expanding my business and hiring 2 new employees this year...if kerry is elected, I won't be able to afford to hire anyone and still pay my bills : (

Maybe Kerry will sell babies for profit to Yugoslavia. Then we'll have money to pay for this crap.

Well..... I think that people who follow Kerry want our nation to wither down to pond scum. I say this because for many years now the Democratic party has had evil running through its blood. Democrats are trying to do everything to bash one of the greatest men to ever step foot in the Whitehouse because he has actually done something good for this country. President Bush is a man of moral value who does the right thing even if it causes people to dislike him. He didnt let Saddam Hussein keep murdering, raping, and torture his people any longer. He liberated Iraq and set the people free from the evil dictator. He has done everything in his power to catch the Al Queida and is still fighting to see that the all the terrorists involved in September 11 are brought to justice. President Bush leads this wonderful nation everyday in trust of the Lord and that is KEY to making this nation stronger. People need to open their eyes and start believing in the Lord Jesus Christ or our nation will dwindle into a crock pot of lust, turmoil, and chaos.

Hey Miles did you write that?

Who's Miles?

Write which?

If you're talking about the bit at the top, that was written by me, and I'm not Miles.

Not by a mile. Heh, sorry. Couldn't help myself.
