I think it is, Andy. If JFnK thinks the issue is important enough to be an issue in the campaign, he should have made time to go vote on the bill.

Yakking with an even more fringe candidate than Kerry himself, isn't going to make America safe from bioweapons.

I'm with McGehee on this one. I realize that Kerry was stumping, I also realize that the bill wasn't in danger of not passing even without his presence. What annoys me is that if this is such a big issue to him, he should have made the vote--even if it was to vote against.
