I'm an idiot.

Okay, that doesn't come across as big news, I realize, but in this case it is important. When I was putting together the handout for the bash, I neglected to add one very important name: Ed Driscoll.

So, to him I extend my apologies and my thanks for coming to the party.

Thanks--and more importantly, thanks for helping to organize a terrific event--I think everybody had a great time, and that's all too rare these days.

Truly, it was my pleasure. I'm glad you could make it out, and I'm glad it was a good time for you.

For me, it might have been just a touch too much of a good time, but that's only to be expected. I do have a reputation to uphold, you know.
