This post, The "Best Black" Syndrome II, is the one thing that I point to all day that I hope you actually go and read. Then I hope you read the post before it on the same subject. Then I hope you read the post after it about equal opportunity.

Then I hope you blogroll La Shawn Barber. There is some exceptional writing and thinking going on over there.

I would, but I get a "Service Temporarily Unavailable" page that reads:

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.
