How Ironic, I just deleted about the same number from my blog. Comment spam pisses me off more than email spam because it's like someone interrupts a conversation to tell you about something about which you have no interest. Imagine if you were at lunch with a friend, having a great conversation. Then, some clown interupts you and says, "hey! want to buy some penis enlargment pills?"

Do you use Blacklist? I still have to delete a few a day, but it catches far more than it misses. It's worth the time to install, I'll tell you that.

I don't use it. To be honest, the thought of installing or upgrading anything sends shivers down my spine. I'm a bit of a techno-idiot. Or maybe I'm just lazy.

I have tried Blacklist a couple of times but have never managed to make it work. MT3 is supposed to incorporate some comment safeguards but I don't know if a Blacklist-style feature is among them or not.

Installation was actually painless for me--I was surprised. I do hope that MT3 has a Blacklist style denial feature. It would be nice if it were already built in.
