Design Resources: Free HTML Templates

If you are in need of some fairly clean, sometimes good, occasionally horrid templates for your Web site, check out Open Source Web Design. They carry tons of free layouts that use typography, color, and CSS to make attractive (and sometimes not-so-attractive) site designs.

The interface to view the designs isn't as good as when the site was first launched, and it hasn't been updated in quite some time, but the templates are still waiting there for you to tweak. Many were designed with blogging in mind, but you'll still need to carve it up a bit to work with whatever blog tools you happen to use.

This is for those people who have at least a passing knowledge of HTML.
