The Real Thing

While some people obsess over what I would consider to be imagined anti-Semitism in The Passion, the Arab News is running a little piece of the real thing.

I continue to read the Arab News daily, even though I find things like this to be offensive, even though their coverage of events has a tremendous slant, and even though I find myself angry with their editorializing as often as not. I read it because it's the closest thing I can find to a moderate, positive news outlet coming from the Middle East.

That comes close to being a depressing thought.
