resurrectionsongJanuary 26, 2004Not Precisely Good PRIn a spectacular instance of bad judgment, a Catholic priest here in the states seems to have allowed marijuana to have been grown in his living quarters. Another man, Jensen Powell, was arrested along with the priest for trafficking in the drug.
I have a hard time taking this seriously, but if I were Catholic I might have a mildly different view on the subject. Drug offenses aren't a hot button issue with me, but it would seem to take willful stupidity for a priest to take part in this sort of scheme. I would love to hear his side of the conversation--why he did it, why he thought it was acceptable, and how he feels about it now. Posted by zombyboy at January 26, 2004 02:37 PM | TrackBack Comments
