Stupid Programmer Tricks (StumpJumper)

This one is actually a stupid customer trick. Being a programmer for a small company that deals almost exclusively with customers overseas is not without its share of humor. Today is one of those days.

Due to shortage on the customer systems side of the house today, I've been lending a hand. I just took a helpdesk call from a customer who is having a problem with our software, or so he said.
