resurrectionsongJuly 07, 2003Savage: Unrestrained JerkI don't listen to Michael Savage. I didn't read his book. Everything I've heard about him and from him makes me think he needs to learn some freakin' manners. Apparently, I'm not the only one.

Zomby, I'm sure you've read all my 69 pertinent facts, and I mentioned a man named Evan Coyne Maloney. I'm not sure if you're family (OFJay-ism for familiar) with him and his work but to quote from him: "I think you are absolutely right that any political movement will harbor its share of idiots, and I'm not saying that the left has any more of them than the right. But it is not the idiocy I quibble with, it is the tone." Savage, and (increasingly) Coulter are not doing anything to further their voices other than make noise. That's why I've always been an advocate of being a calm and moderate political speaker. I'm glad that he's gone. Seriously. It'd make us calm right-wingers look all the more credible. Posted by: O. F. Jay at July 7, 2003 03:47 PMUnfotunately, it was just MSNBC that fired him. I hope others get the idea, though: this just really isn't the way to make a point. Good link. I'll be checking out that site regularly. Thanks. Posted by: zombyboy at July 7, 2003 04:21 PMSavage is an ass. He's a whacko and it confuses me how people like him and Coulter have jobs. I'm a conservative too, but those dudes are whacked so far to the right, they could almost reach over and spoon the hard lined lefties. Anyways...
